Description The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum is the only museum in New York located directly on the water, on an impressive aircraft carrier, permanently anchored at Pier 86 (at 46th Street) in the Hudson River in New York. This great ship, which once belonged to the US Navy, has been converted into a museum ship and offers a complete and exciting journey through the maritime, air and space history of the United States.
